The 22nd Pacific Rim International Conference on Artificial Intelligence (PRICAI 2025), co-hosted with the 40th International Conference on Image and Vision Computing New Zealand (IVCNZ 2025)

We are pleased to announce a scholarship program to support student participation. Eligible students are invited to apply for this opportunity to engage with the thriving AI research community, present their work, and contribute to the success of PRICAI 2025 / IVCNZ 2025.

Deadline

All applications must be received by 27 Oct 2025.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Student Status: Must be currently enrolled (undergraduate, master’s, or PhD).
  • Accepted Papers: Applicant must present their accepted paper (full, short, or poster).
  • Volunteer Participation: Expected to assist with conference activities such as registration or session coordination.
  • Support Letter: Required from your academic advisor or faculty member, including:
    • Copy of student ID or enrollment certificate.
    • Confirmation of your contribution to the accepted paper.
    • Advisor’s name, email, signature, and affiliation.

Benefits

Travel expenses may be reimbursed up to the approved scholarship, upon submission of valid receipts.

Expectations of Scholarship Recipients

  • Volunteer Duties: Assist with conference activities for agreed hours.
  • Active Participation: Attend all conference sessions and related events.
