New members of the Steering Committee are selected by the current Steering Committee members in a Steering Committee meeting held in each PRICAI. The committee is open to all participants of the conference, and any participant interested to serve should indicate his/her interest to the Steering Committee Chair before the meeting. The term of each member is two years, renewable once for another term of two years. After serving a eight-year term, a Steering Committee member must be off the Steering Committee for a minimum period of two years before becoming eligible to serve again.
